Our cocktail menu emphasizes the process of crafting each component and ingredient to perfect one’s drink. We work hard to extract the exceptional soul of the drink and craft everything in-house, from the modifiers, flavorings, colorings, syrups, and garnishes. It is our utmost means to bring guests to the excursion of “Liquid Surreality” through our invented cocktails.

Opium Bar took a little different concept to all of our drinks, introducing the 6 liquid categories; naming apéritif, sparkle, acid, acid+, solo, and duo. Select and enjoy your path to the journey of liquid surreality.

Apéritif | Sparkle

Whether it’s pre-dinner, during, or post dining, our top bartender team can always surprise our guests with our vast selections of crafted cocktails. While our apéritif is usually low ABV, it stimulates appetite and is designed to prepare the stomach and palate for what’s to come. With some extra dilution in the way of carbonated water, we also offer sparkle drinks that are a real crowd-pleaser.

 Acid | Acid+

Bringing in freshness and consequently “easiness” with the addition of citrus or other acidic solutions. Or step up another level with acid plus to experience bright and fresh with two or more spirits and liqueurs packing a few punches.

Solo | Duo 

Emphasis on a single spirit, though additional liqueur may be added as supporting flavors. Or raise a complexity with two or more spirits for a jolly good time.
