Global Dining Privileges Program: terms and conditions

  1. Privilege duration. Privilege is valid for 18 months (17 AUG 2023) after the issued date (17 FEB 2022).

  2. Use of multiple privileges. For any privileges, only one privilege can be used per guest.

  3. Offer redemption. In order to redeem, the bar must have Aspire concierge’s evidence of privilege activation or communication to the bar. Opium Bar will take note for the redemption as per communicated by agreed privileges.

  4. Privilege description. The agreed privilege is 1 x FREE Complimentary OPIUM Bar’s crafted Expression GIN per guest (50ml - House-infused gins with fresh & natural ingredients. | Value at 380++ THB) 

    Guests can select from the following list of infusion (note that our selections are subjected to change accordingly to seasonality and availability):

    ·        NORTHERN | Rain, earth and greeneries. Bold extravagant landscape with slow-life philosophy.

    ·        NORTHEASTERN | Spice, heat and arid landscape. Cross-cultural environments with lush and warm souls.

    ·        CENTRAL | Melting pot of ideas and the land of adaptation. Port for imports with deep rooted ancestral heritage.

    ·        SOUTH | Vast oceans, full of iconic memories. Powerful flavors together with unforgettable interactions.

  5. Privilege availability. Although it is guaranteed on the privilege activation of the privilege description in (4) or equivalent in redemption value but not entitled to monetary value. We do not guarantee that reservation spaces will be available at the redemption point time. Spaces are only secured once you have completed the booking process, including the deposit. It is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

  6. Transfer. Privileges are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  7. VAT and service charges. Each privilege description is not entitled to service charges and VAT, however for any additional orders made guests are required to pay the full amount of service charges and VAT from the total bill.

  8. Deposit. Any privileges do not apply to the deposit required per booking.

  9. Acceptance of the privilege. It is fully under the discretion of the bar to determine to acceptance of the privilege in any case of conflict arising.
